Description
Trenchant Analytics is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage cradle to grave contractual activities, with a focus on post award administration, modifications/changes, negotiations, compliance, reporting, closeout and file management and some aspects of pre-award planning, solicitation development, and negotiations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for contract matters, collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensures adherence to applicable laws, regulations, organization policies, FAR/DFARS, and agency-specific guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, and modifications, including negotiations, award review and management, extensions/renewals, closeout, and associated compliance tasks.
- Maintain Contracts, Project and Materials modules in Costpoint.
- Prepare, review, and maintain contractual documentation in accordance with organizational policy and procedures and in compliance with applicable FAR/DFARS, agency supplement, and other applicable regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government Contracting Officers, program managers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Track funding, ceilings, subcontract administration and deliverable schedules.
- Prepare and submit invoices.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations.
- Maintain accurate and complete contract files in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Support internal program management, finance, HR and other internal functions as necessary.
- Support audit functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Contracts, Public Administration, or related field.
- NCMA, CFCM, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- 5+ years of federal contracts, acquisition, or related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency supplements.
- Experience supporting federal programs.
- Experience supporting audits and compliance reviews.
- Thorough knowledge of Deltek Costpoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple contracts and budgets.
- US citizen and either have, or be able to obtain, and retain a DoD clearance.
