Our client, a leading organization in facility management and operations, is seeking a Facility Coordinator cum Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facility Coordinator cum Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting operational excellence and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Facility Coordinator cum Maintenance Technician
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay Range:$19.23- $21.31
Shift: Monday–Friday
What's the Job?
- Manage the effective operation, maintenance, and management of physical assets and spaces within the organization.
- Coordinate vendor services, oversee repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
- Support energy management, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives across the facility.
- Lead and supervise facility management staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Prepare and present management reports related to facility operations and maintenance activities.
What's Needed?
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in office setup, facility management, or related roles.
- Experience in vendor coordination and contract management.
- Knowledge of safety compliance, building regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site in Salt Lake City.
