FWDthink is a consulting company focused on innovation in 3 areas: Tech, Education and Consulting. We primarily support the federal government with our corporate office located in Washington, D.C. FWDthink offers expertise in Information Technology (IT) Solutioning, Program Management, Procurement and Acquisition solutioning, Business Consulting Services and strong Cybersecurity past performance. Established in 2010, FWDthink holds a TS facility clearance, is 100% Woman and U.S. owned. We are a company of creators with evolving interests. We think forward by aligning our resources, tools, and strategies to focus on the solution. At FWDthink, we use authenticity, simplicity, and kindness to enable talent and service. Our model focuses on moving the mission Forward and encourages experimentation, expression, and the disruption of paradigms that no longer serve the greater good.
Company History
FWDthink was founded in 2010 out of necessity by our founder to leave the stiffness and lack of creativity in corporate America and create a nurturing, innovative environment. In the beginning we were determined to think differently and focused forward on solutions. Our core clients were large businesses who were inherently commercial that we helped gain or expand access to the U.S. Federal Government market. Over the years, we’ve added new capabilities and service offerings, new clients, new industries and new team-members but our focus remains the same creating solutions for our clients.
A couple of years ago, we transformed from a consulting company to a government contractor that also provides consulting. Today we support to the Federal Government as well as our commercial clients by providing solutions in Technology, Acquisition Support and Financial Mgmt, Education and Consulting.

Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
FWDthink has worked with the federal and state and local governments, large commercial companies and non-profit entities to deliver subject matter experts, training and coaching and support staff in order to accomplish a specific mission. A few of our recent accomplishments are listed below:
1: Support Air Force District Washington including all military and civilian workforces (20,000+ users) by providing all aspects of SharePoint and SQL support to include Operations and Maintenance, Business Solutions, Cloud Migration Strategy, Information Security and Disaster Recovery.
2: Provided IT Assessments, including site visits, strategic roadmaps, enterprise architecture, and technology architecture designs to DoD clients.
3: Provided support staff including technical subject matter experts, technical writers, editors, and documentations specialists to an Army program.
4: Provided expert advisors for procurement innovation projects. Trained and Coached 300+ Army National Guard program employees on the Agile Framework using computer based and classroom formats.
