Company History
Founded in 1991, Solerity was originally focused on providing IT and engineering services to the commercial market. After building a successful commercial staffing practice, in 1998 Solerity sold its commercial business to a publicly-owned company. Solerity then shifted its mission to providing IT, engineering, and program management services to Government agencies. In September 2007, Solerity was recapitalized by CM Equity Partners and its affiliates (CMEP). Since then, Solerity has provided reliable, cost-effective solutions to meet our clients’ goals and objectives in the core areas of:

Benefits
Solerity provides group insurance programs covering medical, vision, and dental care. Employee contribution for group insurance coverage may carry based on the contract to which the employee is assigned.
Employees can choose from a wide selection of mutual funds and target date funds to best match their retirement timeline, risk tolerance, and investment strategy
Solerity offers a company-funded life insurance policy on all employees. The Short & Long Term Disability plans provide coverage for the employee only, up to the basic annual salary, with a maximum payout amount.
Total Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy: Solerity offers a PTO policy combining a typical PTO/vacation accrual and an allowance for 10 federal Holidays into a single PTO bank of hours to maximize flexibility in the use of time off.
Solerity recognizes that employee referrals are a valuable recruitment source for filling job openings at all levels. It is the policy of Solerity to pay referral awards to eligible employees for recommending external candidates who are hired to fill any regular full-time positions
The Solerity Training and Education Assistance Program reflects a commitment to foster a culture of innovation. Eligible employees, who voluntarily pursue job- and career-related academic study outside of normal working hours at accredited educational institutes, may be eligible for this program.
