We are looking to staff a few projects related to the following:
1) Procurement Strategy
2) Supply Chain Analysis
3) Procurement training
4) Strategic Sourcing and Spend Analysis
5) Policy and procedure development
6) Establishment of State-Wide contracts
7) Best practices and Benchmarking
Requirements
Candidates should have experience in developing and conducting procurement training, conducting procurement systems assessments, establishing cooperative and GSA type contracts, and ensuring compliance with 2 CFR 200 and public sector procurement rules.
